My role is to take away the stress of wedding planning so that you can enjoy this special time in your life. Whatever wedding-related issues arise along the way can be left in my capable hands. Hiring a wedding planner is a wise investment, guaranteed to give you stability during this very busy, emotional and exciting time in your life.
The following is just a sampling of my range of services. I will help you determine what you need from a planner and put together a package that meets your individual needs. I only book 1-2 events per month, thus dates do fill quickly. I require a 50% deposit to secure your date and the remainder of my fee is paid in 2 installments. I always work with an assistant on the day of your wedding, ensuring seamless coverage and service to you when you need it the most.

Month-of/Day-of Wedding Coordination – Starting at $2000
Starting a month before your wedding, you will provide us with a list of all your vendors. We will contact each of them to confirm all details – arrival & set up times, etc. We will visit the ceremony & reception sites to make sure everything is set for your wedding. We will develop a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan two weeks prior to the event. On the day of your wedding, we will provide on-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony/reception for up to 12 hours - including setting up of décor if necessary. We can also oversee your rehearsal if desired for an additional fee.

Theme Conceptualization & Event Design
Need a professional’s creative input on how to put special and magical touches on your wedding day? Our theme conceptualization and event design service will provide you with a blueprint for your nuptials. Using Pinterest, we will help set the stage for the look and feel of your perfect wedding day.
Vendor Referral and Recommendation
Whether it’s an artsy photographer who specializes in nontraditional wedding portraiture, an interfaith minister who can travel, or blinged-out wedding shoes, we have you covered. We will help you find vendors who best suit your needs and will work out all the contract details for you. Unlike other wedding planners, we NEVER take a commission from your vendors and we pass along any savings to you.
It’s no secret: weddings are a huge drain on your wallet. We can help you track your expenses with easy to use spreadsheets and can recommend ways to stretch your dollar, and maybe even save a few.
Weddings require strategic planning! Whether you need shuttle buses to transport your guests from point A to point B, hotel arrangements for your out-of- town guests, or just a simple limousine, we will handle all the arrangements.
